Sheri's diet

Are you wondering what type of diet Sheri followed to lose the 104 lbs over the past year? After working with a nutritionist, she followed a 1500 calorie a day diet.

Here is an example of her daily menu.
Beverages: She only drinks water and lemon throughout the day. She gave up diet pop the day of the stroke.

Breakfast: 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1 cup skim milk and a banana.
Morning snack: Apple or Greek yogurt.

Lunch: Sliced lean turkey, tomato and Avocado on xtreme wellness tortilla wrap. Apple.
Mid day snack: handful of almonds or carrot sticks and humus.

Dinner: grilled salmon, 1 cup steamed mixed veggies and salad with balsamic dressing.


P.M. Snack: I always have a bowl of whole grain cereal and skim milk

She also stated that she does not eat anything white: Bread, pasta, or rice.  No trigger foods so no cravings.
