10 Healthy Tips That Take 1 Minute or Less

Want to be healthier? It doesn't need to be a complicated and time-consuming task. Here are some things you can do to have a healthier life that take a minute or less:
  1. Wash your hands
  2. Take daily vitamins
  3. Protected your skin
  4. Buckle up
  5. Wear a life jacket
  6. Drink water
  7. Eat a piece of fruit
  8. Wear protective gear (helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, etc)
  9. Read food labels
  10. Prevent hearing loss (turn down the volume or put ear plugs in)
