National Health Center (FQHC) Week
Community health centers (also known as Federally Qualified Health Centers or FQHCs) are non-profit, community-directed health care providers who provide access to affordable, high quality, cost effective health care to medically vulnerable and under-served people throughout the United States.
Many events are taking place across the nation this week in celebration of National Health Center Week (events like health fairs, health screenings, open houses, community barbeques, and more). To find an event near you, please visit the event map.
Have you ever visited a FQHC? Express your appreciation by nominating a Care Star (exceptional health worker) or spreading the good word by completing a review. To start, please visit this page.
Do you or someone you know need a FQHC? Find one near you now!
